i think the problem goes beyond adsense. don't get me wrong - your adsense blocks still need a lot of tweaking, but before you do that, consider this:
the topic of your site is too broad -- you're trying to be all things to all people, and that's not going to work well. it looks confusing. you need to focus on a single topic. think of what your main keyword is and focus the content around that. on your site, Webmaster, Hardware, Graphics, Online Gaming, computers, consoles and pc help are all on the same page. why? this is one of the reasons why the adsense ads on your site aren't highly targeted. split the content (by topic) into separate directories or sub-domains and you'll get better results.
one other thing: when you view your website in mozilla firefox, the adsense block on the upper left hand side of the page is cutting into your navigation.

you're site isn't FF friendly?
I'd put a link block in on the left side where you have "site sections" with the background and border matching the color and link color matching your links.
People seem to follow an upside down "L" shape on sites.. uh, like this...

if that helps...lol so the best adsense ads seem to be horizontal link ads on top or the link block sections on the left. But the banner style doesn't ever seem to have a great CTR.
although it could be based upon the layout of the site as well.. but with a site like yours I'd think links would do better than banners.

Thank you our aim is to cover lots of topics, it is hard on what to do fully as I am used to doing one topic my self but with more than one it makes things that little harder

I think Google's two biggest concerns are asking people to click, and hiding the "ads by Google" part by covering it with an image or something. They make the code pretty customizable I think on purpose so it can blend with your site very well. They don't want to be an eye sore anymore than you want them to be

not always. They're clicking because they're interested right? a majority of my websales are due to adwords I think.
