Adsense doing too well?

Can an AdSense program that performs to well cause any problems?
I am running a small Adsense campaign on just one page of one of my sites.
For May it has a CTR of 35.27% and a eCPM of $340, it is targeting a niche
that pays over $1 dollar a click. Both sets of ads are to google guidlines, with
no incentive to click them. Can results like this cause me a problem?
TIA.

In most cases as long as the refferers aren't hidden, you will be fine. You can always express your concern to the AdSense team who will in turn write you back with a form letter saying not to worry about it.

If anything was to happen, you then have that letter to show you noticed an above normal CTR
