How do I know if I've been banned from Adsense?

Hi All,

I accidentally clicked on an adsense ad on my site a couple of days ago. I didnt inform google about this, as i thought they won't ban me for a single click.

When I logged into my adsense account today, I noticed there were a number of clicks on ads yesterday, but no money accumulating for these clicks.

Have I been banned? or how do I know if I have been banned?

Your probably safe as you would get a termination email from Google stating that you are banned and also wont be able to log into your account....thats if you are banned.

If you feel the need email the Adsense team and let them know of your honest mistake. They probably already know that you had click so it wont hurt emailing to say sorry.

I would be more concerned about why you have a number of clicks with no money, this suggests that someone kept clicking on your ads but it also shows that Google is seeing the clicks as invalid and is proof their anti-fraud click can work.

Two rules that I follow.

1: dont click your own ads.
2: Dont tell family or friends about your Adsense business, they tend to start clicking to help when it will end up hurting you.

Thanks for the response.

I've contacted google and informed them of the accidental click, plus asked them to clarify about the non accumulation of earnings

I'll update when I hear back from them

efforts toward avoiding such clicks in the future.

Clicks or impressions deemed to be invalid by our monitoring system will
appear in your reports. However, since advertisers are not charged for
them, no associated revenue will be shown.

Please rest assured that your account is being properly credited for all
valid clicks and impressions. However, you may still notice some clicks
that have no associated revenue.
