just to give some info about people trying to hide there ads... a yearly poll (on 11 years now) states that 94% of web users hate hidden ads.

When people see ads that stick out, they can ask them selves... "Do I want to stay at this site or do I want to leave?" Forcing people to leave your site shows how much you don't care about them!

Then top 2 thing people did like about some ads is that they:
# identify themselves as advertisements (very clear and to the point! as in not hidden)
# indicate what will happen if people click on them

It looks like the majority of votes for #5 were by non-posting members, some by proxy IP, and it looks like user dcristo solicited votes on another forum.

Really disappointed in this behavior, because those fraudulent votes resulted in Colleen being knocked down to 4th, when she should have been tied for second. Those fraudelent votes, if they had gone undetected, would have resulted in $100 being unfairly denied to Colleen.

I'll be removing the fraudulent votes and awarding the $100 to her that she earned.
