What is the average CPM for adsense ads to appear?
I have a whole bunch of site targeted ads set to run within Google adsense on a CPM base but I can get a single impression.

I started at the default $0.50 CPM, got nothing, upped it to $3.00 CPM got nothing and now I'm up to $15.00 CPM and still no impressions have run.

How high are CPM's that I can even get a single impression????


(BTW on my CPC campaign's I'm averaging $0.17 cost per click)
