I would ditch the light grey bar and widen the width of the content area (the white).
I'd widen the dark grey box so that an ad block could be in there.
I'd move the 468x60 into the top of the content area under the pink "News" header. Make it borderless and match the link color with that of the site.
I would put on vertical content box in the dark grey and one in the pink.

it's not a complete redesign... it's just moving some things.
I think you're finding that what you have is not working... even though the ads are in hotspots. At that point it's time to consider putting the ads where people are looking and moving there mouse at.
top of the actual content, blended in. currently it looks like an ad with the borders. but even removing the borders it will still look like ads because they are not in line with the content.
and having the other in the grey area, to me at least, makes them stand out as ads. putting them in the other bars with more "required" clicking items near them and blending them in will have to up the click throughs.
it's just my on the subject.
Maybe someone else will have another idea.

I think, your website is designed in a way that people are absorbed to the content and the photos and will forget about your ads.
If you can, move your ad codes to the left, or create mini code boxes among some appropriate places among the postings.

Haven't we covered this ground already before? (Or am I misremembering?) Putting some 468x60 ads in among the content, using the same link colors used within the content, will go a long way towards getting you come clicks.
But why four columns? I can't see what purpose that fourth column serves. (And if you integrate your ads, there's no need for the third column, either.)

Yes we had covered this before.. but then my site had got only 500 pageviews.. now is 10K so i was re assessing. The fourth column is for another set of ads which will be coming soon.. pay per impression.

Well, no one's gonna see your fourth column. Like Juggo said, get rid of the light grey area where you currently have your AdSense and move the content from that column into the leftmost column (the nav column). Then widen your content area and put your text ads in there among your articles.
People pretty much don't see ad columns on the right anymore, so you can put your PPI ads there and they won't bother anyone.

You seem to be missing the point, which is to put the ads in where people are already reading. You're counting on them to look up from someone's cleavage to read your ads, whereas if you intersperse the ads where people are reading, they can't get around them. In an article about Keira Knightly's diet, you may end up with diet links right there in front of peoples' noses, right while they're thinking, "Damn! I wish I could be all slinky like that skinny bitch!" and they're in the mood to click. Sticking 'em off to the side where people are apt to miss 'em, you hafta hope that folks have ADD and go looking around insteada reading.
