Stuck at PR3 for 3 month is not bad... it takes time for SE to update PR. However
www.10-best-deals.com you have to go into much greater detail. You need to host a website on all those companies and
test speed, uptime, reliability, customer support etc... At least 1000 words on each company. The companies should give you FREE hosting for the review. You need to give users a chance to comment and maybe intergrate a forum.
You need to get rid of the AdSense and add it later in a years time when the site is a success. If you dont follow these points then you simply will not get your PR6 without paying for bad links.
First you should know that PR really stands for Public Relations and not Page Rank. I provided a website that people would want to link to. The reviews on the website are amongst the highest quality written and I did this by forming the best people including Oxford graduate in English and my contacts lead me to hosting on the same pipe as Dell use for super fast hosting. Use contacts well to get discounts and free stuff. If you want to find out more about Future Movies

If you have a leading product then links come naturally and you achieve what you deserve. Google PR is mostly a democratic system and no matter what SEO people can do it’s very rare to create a permanent PR6+ without constently pumping money into it.
My main website where I do SEO is in Recruitment and we have a PR7! We did not buy links, directory listing or silly article submissions to random places. We simply targeted Public Relations and communicated our product to
everyone in the niche including buying advertising everywhere. People took notice and linked to us. If you want to find out
