If your revenue is substantial please do your homework. Too much revenue will of course affect their tax returns, benefits if any, and of course there is fraud. I'm not saying don't do it, I'm saying to cover your tracks 100%. Including the possibility of the domains on file when you were banned. It's easier to start fresh, and never speak publically of the details. Also if you have your own server dont go cross hosting the different sites which can inevitably lead to the obvious findings.

I won't say how, but there is a way to spoof your given and surname with adsense's accounts and not effect anyone who holds the name even if all the details are on the table. I would normally offer detail, but in this case I'm just telling you there is a way and its up to you to figure it out. Be crafty.

As for bidvertiser, dont waste your time. unless you like picking up pennies a click. Adbrite is twice as good as bidvertiser but that doesnt say a whole lot. I am interested in knowing the results of axill and adtrader. so please let us know.
