New Adsense ads released!
Hi All,
What do you all think of the new adsense ads that has just be released?
I think they are great.
I especially like the larger skyscrapper ad as it fits in with my site better. Maybe I will also get a little more money from it in the long run as it also shows 5 listings and not 4 like the other skyscrapper ad that I previously used.

It's not the ads that caught my attention - it's the apparent new requirement in the TOU that no other text ads must show on AdSense pages. I'm chasing this up now with Google.

We'll see - hopefully Google will reply and set the record irrevocably straight.

It's not new?
Ah, well - then it's a good job I noticed it before starting my text advertsing campaigns.

What I was thinking of was the fact you are not suposed to have another ad-networks text ads, on the same page as google adsense. That has always been the case as far as I know though.

Other ad-networks would suit me fine - but sponsored links would not. I guess Google need to make their TOU a little clearer.

I think you can have some affiliate links and links to other sites on the same pages as the Adsense Ads, but not use other Ad Networks on the same pages of your site that are in competition to Adsense.
Well, I hope this is right anyway!

I'm sure that is correct because I have been doing exactly that for 6 months.
Look at the recent article I posted. That page has AdSense ads and also affiliate links.

Also, if you couldn't have affiliate links on the same page as Adsense, then Adsense will loose alot of money because alot of sites use affiliate programs on their sites these days.
