Some people earn more from CPA affiliate networks that what they do from Adsense, and then with others it is the other way around.

I think adsense coupled with affiliate links would be the most lucrative option. With clickbank, don't go with those contextual systems promote individual products on your pages by preselling them.

Especially if someone reports you to Google for breaking their TOS (they don't allow competitve ads to be placed along their ads).

What's your point? You CAN have affiliate links on the same page as adsense, just not contextual ads.

I think they have changed that now as apparently you can also put some contextaul ads on the same site and pages as Adsense as longs as the ads don't look the same.

Ops, sorry. I checked their TOS and they seem to be updated. You're right.

Affiliate links as always been allowed on the same pages as contextual ads. I'm sure they have.

Adsense and Yahoo! CPC are relatively more established and trustworthy compared with other CPC or CPM providers. It is recommended that one try with them before switching to any other provider.

AdSense is my favorite, cause it bring the most money.

For sites that I can't use AdSense on (poker/gambling mainly) I use AdToll - I like the easy to use layout of the site, and they have some pretty decent sites using both the advertising and publishing.

Depending on the site, PPP ads might be a good source of additional revenue also. They can be used with AdSense, and most other PPC programs. See my signature links for more information about pay per play.
