Yes, we should continue to fund NASA...why? Because we are going to eventually need an alternative place to live since "we" (meaning everyone in every Country) are destroying this planet at a rapid pace.

A minute ago you were saying "It's precisely because of past funding that the satellites are there in the first place." You were saying that NASA was precisely the reason why satellites are in orbit. Now they are just a "player"?
I took a page from your book on exaggeration and added a dash of facetiousness.
NASA is the reason that there are satellites in orbit.
At the risk of boring everyone else with a quick history lesson, you appear to require it.
In the 1950s, there were two countries that were in a space race. One was Russia and the other was the USA. They spurred each other's progress, hence, the "race" part.
Since that time, both countries, as well as a whole bunch of others, have launched satellites into space, but those two countries were the impetus for all of it.

Again, wrong. Satellites have been put into orbit without NASA's assistance.

No.

I think that every country in the world should support NASA.

Not saying a whole lot, is it? The sentence does kind of drive home the absurdity of the government attempting to develop technology.

NASA to De-Orbit International Space Station In 2016
$100 billion spent for this? What a waste of money, perhaps they should allow space tourism to keep the ISS and respect the work done by the courageous astronauts who risked their life to build the international space station.
