Maricopa County, Arizona sheriff Joe Arpaio has been told by Homeland Security his officers no longer have the authority to make arrests of illegal immigrants for immigration violations! In other words, the Dept. Of Homeland Security says legal U.S. law enforcement officers don't have the right to enforce the law!
