I have heard of the Oath Keepers Orders before here in Nevada.

I don't understand how FEMA is still exist after the dysfonctionnement of Katrina. All I can say in my country when people need help after disasters, we send the army and they do not infrige our rights.

The National Guards would be much more effective and organized to help people than FEMA. The worse case scenarios are liberties taking away by the governement when a disaster occur from bad laws and incompetence.
