Not a problem; I gave then up decades ago, as not being worth the time and effort to train.

That is a myth based on a misunderstanding of the Mayan calendar; 2012 AD is merely the beginning of the repeating of a very long calendar cycle.

Nowadays people seems get used into somethin' like mythical or supranatural things; We had seen a lot of people adored paul the ex-ordinary squid from Yesterday World Cup final match review program.

And pretty much sure that they're getting addicted with 2012 and made such bizzare thoughts or opinions, is it make sense to the latest civilization?

Climate change is a complete myth, I haven't seen a real weather pattern change

Really?

Perhaps that's because you mistakenly conflate climate and weather.

Did he? I specifically recall him writing, not "weather" but "weather patterns."

See "Introduction to environmental physics: planet earth, life and climate" for the use of "weather patterns" as interchangeable with "climate."

LOL! What happened, deep? A minute ago digitalx78 mentioned whether patterns and you claimed that he was conflating weather with climate. Now you admit that weather patterns are climate. Did deep assume, as he often does? Did deep assume that digitalx78 was referring to short term whether patterns?

The statement was unqualified, such that it therefore allows of any and all weather patterns.

That you may wish to assume otherwise is not a matter for debate.

PS: You might carefully re-read my post, and take note of the word "perhaps."

If you think it was unqualified, then the proper response is to ask for qualification instead of misrepresenting "weather" as "weather patterns." A little intellectual honesty might go a long way, deep.

That I may wish something or not wish something is surely know only to me, but it is still debatable. For instance, I may wish to assume that I'm going to live long, but you may challenge my statement and assert that I do in fact not wish that.

But why discuss wishing?

To repeat, note the word "perhaps" in my response you take issue with.

Matter closed.

Do you wish to provide an argument? Premise, premise conclusion? What do you think the "perhaps" signifies?

Perhaps your wife left you because you beat her so often. Do you think the "perhaps" in this statement indicates an uncertainty in regard to the you beating your wife? It doesn't. It indicates and uncertainty as to whether that was the reason she left you.

Whether one does or doesnt believe climate change is happening...
I think we can probably agree that given the small amount of varient and the lengthy timeframe in which it is posited as occurring... it wouldnt be observable by an individual based on what they've witnessed in their lifetime any more than you could judge the growth-rate of grass by watching the lawn during your lunchbreak.

If my paragraph above is stipulated to by both sides... then the statement by the poster on which the current discussion swirls is not really worth arguing about.

While that may indeed be true for some, perhaps many, the trend observed here over the past 5 decades has been quite noticeable.
