Low level and local? Since when was "international" low level, and how long have we considered Mexico "local". It would be a very poor AG that thought selling guns to Mexican drug lords was a low level local thing he needn't be bothered with.

As for no law being broken... Perhaps the Obama talking points memo forgot to mention "fast and furious" was predicated on breaking the law. They insisted the gun dealers ignore the law and sell to buyers that could not legally buy.

Im thinking the FBI background checks still had to be run. did a low level field agent for the ATF waive off the FBI? I'm thinking if a red flag came up the FBI would require orders from the top, would they not?

Anyway, the primary reason this isn't hugging the spotlight may be because there's only so much spotlight and there has to be room to investigate the half BILLION wink-and-nod "loan" given to Solyendra too.

Fortunately for big O, it'll be hard for these to hurt is chances in the election. Sure, he probably won't win first place, but he's bound to be in the running for a close second. At least unless "Undecided" registers. He seems to be gaining ground on him.

Eric Holder is still stonewalling Congress on delivering documents they asked for, and it appears theyre tired of his games. Richard Nixon had been more cooperative than this when he left office. If this numbnuts thinks he can thumb his nose at congress he needs to read a little history.

Nixon's AG went to a federal penitentiary... and there werent any dead bodies in that scandal. Holder's a dumbass.

Clearly Holder doesnt or he'd have complied with Congress. If he's really lucky he wont get himself thrown in jail over it.We have checks and balances, and having the support of the president doesnt give him free reign to defy congress. The arrogance of power may be his downfall.

If you know what "unresolved" means you know docs demanded but not delivered fits that definition. There are dictionaries available online if you need one.
