8th Graderís Gun T-shirt Leads To Arrest

WTF is wrong with the school system. Read the blog post and watch the video before responding.

Quote:
According to reports, an 8th grader in West Virginia was suspended and arrested after wearing an NRA t-shirt to school, which says: NRA: Protect Your RightĒ and features a picture of a rifle.

The shirt apparently caused an argument between the student, Jared Marcum, and a teacher at Logan Middle School. Yahoo News reports:

Police confirmed that Marcum had been arrested and faced charges of obstruction and disturbing the education process after getting into an argument over the shirt with a teacher at Logan Middle School, which is south of Charleston.

Yes for a t-shirt and it's just stupid. The gov. now wants to control what t-shirts we put on at school. I understand some types of cloth's and shirts will not be allowed but the shirt this kid had on didn't offend anyone.

Now this kid's record is screwed up because of a shirt.

I don't think if the t-shirt was that offending to draw a teacher's attention. Getting punished for wearing something, isn't fine with me.
