Master? What Master? Could you post coherently please? This is the Politics forum, a forum for serious discussion, not the forum Lobby.

Me?
The streets seem pretty bad. I think that legalization and regulation could clean them up a lot.

Though this thread has been around for quite a while I don't remember if I've ever read all of it, or what I have read past the last few pages since coming back, so with that in mind, I did find this to be an interesting read, whether it is valid or not? It is Wikipedia after all, some things are ok, some aren't.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prostit..._United_States
I would have proposed before reading it though that the law was likely one more born from moral values than from reasoning. It does seem there is viable reasoning behind some of the arguments however. Though that is not saying that those reasons are beyond being answered and making the legalization and increased safety viable, but there in lies the argument doesn't it?

Well, let's see.. between state and local governments.. and federal government, I'd say we are probably the land of a thousand governments. Seems like a lot of governing going on up in here.

Making things illegal creates a black market which is dangerous for everyone involved.

I think it should be legalized, see the point sometimes we tend to be or a lot of us see illegal things as a "CHALLENGE" as a result prostitution increase. The fact that minor ages are not involve in the issue there will no problem for that.(Just my opinion)

Prostitution is akin to abortion.
Which would you prefer? Your daughter have an abortion in a clean clinic with a certified doctor and nurse and the necessary equipment, or a dirty back alley miles from the nearest emergency room and a coat hanger held by someone who doesn't know what they are doing?
I'd much prefer, as a man, to go into the privacy of a building, into a clean room, to have sex with someone who has a clean bill of health and is willing to do it with me, than to pick up a barfly and have sex with her in the alley next to the trash bins, watching to make sure she or a partner doesn't pull out a knife and try to rob me or kill me.
Legalization would go a long way toward eliminating the overbearing pimps who in many cases force (through threat of physical violence) young women to have sex against their will with strangers.
Anyone who believes prostitution should remain illegal has not considered it very much. You will never get rid of the 'world's oldest profession'.
But we can make it a much cleaner, safer profession for all involved.

I'm not arguing for keeping it illegal, but I do have a couple of dumb questions.
1. How would you know that "Clean Bill Of Health Girl" is willing to do it with you?
2. How would legalizing prostitution affect overbearing pimps in any way?

Pimps would be totally eliminated if legalization was with the condition of government oversight (regulation). They would become legitimate business people.

But what would keep them from being overbearing and/or forceful to their employees?
