I heard some news that the judge is sending her back to jail, saying that the sheriff has no rights to free her from jail imprisonment and that the prison should be able to cope with her medical issue (still unknown) ...

Can't be happy about anybody being in jail.

LOS ANGELES - Paris Hilton was sent screaming and crying back to jail Friday after a judge ruled that she must serve out her sentence behind bars rather than in the comfort of her Hollywood Hills home.

I'm not particularly fond of her, however, it disgusts me the way some people take such pleasure in seeing her locked up. Ick. It's been the talk on talk radio, news, etc...and on every one, there's at least one person who proudly professes how happy they are that she is in jail. Sick bastards. I don't take pleasure in other people's misery...

I'll admit that I'm happy she's in jail.
But I'm happy when anyone who so blatantly broke the law goes to jail. It has nothing to do with it being her.

They haven't owned the hotels for years. The Grandfather is the Hotel Magnate , the rest of them are just heirs to the fortune.
Neither her, or her parents do anything except be "Socialites".

She gets caught driving drunk. They take her license away.
She gets caught driving with a suspended license.
She gets caught AGAIN, driving with a suspended license. She gets a court date.
She shows up 20 minutes late for her court appearance.
In a case as public as this, where she had clearly demonstrated contempt for the judicial system at every opportunity, the judge had no choice, but to enforce the law and try to get through to her that she is not above it.
I think many people are happy, not because she went to jail, but because she was unable to use her celebrity and money to avoid it, while showing such a lack of respect for the whole process.

Okay, now there is the LATEST news, about her giving an interview to a TV journalist.
She admits that she was acting dumb, and perhaps she hope to realise her mistake and be more responsible in future's action, i.e. help out in the fields of breast cancer and multiple sclerosis.
How much hope is there for her, well at least she is still 26 years old.... long way to go.

She is out of the medical ward now.
The heiress, 26, has now returned to the all-women detention centre where she started her jail term ten days ago.

Does anybody care yet?
