What's that now, like 3 or 4 people who told us she's back in jail and no one mentions that I posted the story first? What the Hell?

Nobody should care. If she has done something to better society, besides sell tabloids, then perhaps she could/should get some sort of reduced sentence. Other than that... suck it up and take the pain. You do the crime you do the time.

No. If you commit a crime, no matter who you are, you should get the same sentence as everyone else. The only exception to that should be if you're a multiple offender, in which case you can get a longer sentence.

I wonder if I did that, if I would get let off?
Celebrities generally think they are above the law and they should not be.
Other celebrities have gone to prison such as Robert Downey Jr. And more importantly loads of other people have gone to prison too including for lesser crimes. Eg recently a woman who let minors (16 years old and some with drivers licences) to drink some beer during a party! The drivers handed over their keys so they could not drive intoxicated. Yet she received a far longer sentence.
Personally I would rather see responsible drinking being supervised by the parents than have a speeding celeb drunk knock down a child in an accident!
In my opinion she should definately serve her sentence and in full.

The law should be fair, but the judge is only human. And you know the saying... Money Walks BS Talks!

I guess one of the benefits of not living in the US is not having to live with blanket coverage of the Paris Hilton saga!

I think that Paris should stay longer at her cell because she's just a rich girl that needs someone's attention?

I fail to see any logic within this statement. Are you suggesting that possession of wealth is jail-worthy in and of itself?
