In my culture it's pretty absurd to send someone to jail for driving without a licence in the first place. I am not a P. Hilton fan at all but I do not think that she, or anyone else, should be jailed for a minor traffic violation.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't believe she was jailed for a traffic violation. She was jailed for violating the conditions of her probation, wasn't she?

Which was in violation of her probation from a dui offense if I recall correctly.

The whole experience will probably help her in the long run. She is the opetimy of shallowness and could use some Real-Life experience. She is cute, but shallow.
