Bush started his presidential reign by telling the rest of the world to FO by pulling us out of international negotiations. He continued to push the idea that america was beyond international rules and laws and that we are so special. He sounds like an idiot when he talks about the international world, especially to foreigners.

Clinton made mistakes. Bush makes mistakes. But clinton wasn't a bad joke in terms of respect for the international world. bush is. From "Bring it on" to attacking iraq (why again did he urge everyone to support him in that effort?), to mission accomplished and so on, he looks just silly to foreigners. thats why.
