Anyone else here have servers with these guys? If so you've probably just spent a particularly miserable night. 16 hours downtime! Turns out a legal dispute resulted in the farcical situation where they moved all their racks to a new data centre during a window decided at the last minute by the courts. Most customers were warned a few days in advance but it looks like hundreds of us never received any warning at all. I found my server unreachable yesterday. Imagine my reaction when I discovered it was in a truck driving down the road!
Gods above, what a shambles.
