The answer is obviously yes.
Everything a company does is outlined by their marketing strategy and based in the marketing plan.

Yes, it would mean 2nd month free, generally speaking you have to pay for hte first month, and then your next bill date would be in 60 days vs 30 days. For some reason there always seems to be confusing when hosts offer that type of special.
