the deal is good, but the question is what will the server be hosting. also what OS, and control panel did you want?

1. Average options for that price. Although the price may be tempting for most people, the performance would be a little too slow as you start adding sites.
2. Slow. I wouldn't get any dedicated server without a minimum of 512 MB of memory. 256 MB will be used up with server resources making the sites perform slowly. Boost up the memory, then it would be a decent offer.
3. Not unless you plan to only have only 4 - 5 sites on the server.
