DNS Issues?

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with this ...

3-4 days ago my server was switched from one server to another, the DNS has been updated for all domains, as well as the new nameservers created within the main domain. Problem is I can't access even ONE. Neither can anyone else with a website on the server.

IE temp files have all been deleted as well as cookies, history, etc. I've ran adaware , etc. (Grasping at straws it seems.)

Ips have also been added via the DNS aliasing, so that wouldn't be it either I suppose.

Oddly, I can download my email from the domains I can't see.

I don't know what else to try really and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The place I've gotten the server keeps telling me all is fixed, however, obviously if none of us can see a dang thing it isn't. They've since suggested that I set my computers DNS to the IPS of the server?

Are you sure the FTP server is running ? i just had that problem not long ago with a server. The tech who installed the OS did not configure the FTP server to restart when booting so I could not access anything via FTP. Just a thought.
