What hosting company to chose for a dedicated server

Hello,
I need to buy a dedicated server based on US. I have searched for the reviews and opinions on forums but didn't find what I search.
I need a dedicated server, up to 250$, with 8-16 GB ram, quad core, minimum 10T bandwidth and a very good support. I don't wait 2 hours for getting reply from support in case of server down. I ask users with experience on this to tell me which company is better, for this price.
Thanks

Take a look at ServOnDemand. I used them in the past and they were really good.

As I have promise I will give some information about my new server.
I have bought 1 server with these specs:

Hardware
Intel Xeon E3 - Socket 1155
16GB DDR3 ECC
Primary Disk:1000GB 7.2k RPM SATAII 64MB Cache

Additional Options
CPU : Intel Xeon E3-1230 (3.20GHZ 8MB Cache)
Control Panel : cPanel / WHM
Public Port Speed : 100Mbs Public
Private Port Speed : 100Mbs Private
Public Bandwidth : 10TB Premium Transfer

Support Services
Fully Managed
24x7 Phone and Helpdesk
24x7 Proactive Monitoring
Proactive Updates
ServerShield Hardening

The server is good. I have some problems first days, my upload speed to the server was very low, about 20kbs but after a few tickets and days they solved this issue. I got a few answers that is my ISP problem because I can't upload with a good speed but after I show them a few tests between my server an nvidia.com or centos.org they fix this issue and gave me a better speed. I can upload now with 700kbs. My sites are faster now 30%. This configuration is good for a traffic by 100k uv daily. I didn't test it on more traffic.
