[Windows] Configure MailEnable to accept mail.
1. Login to your server as administrator.
2. Click on the MailEnable Administrator, in the MailEnable Program Group in the start menu.
3. Expand the following by clicking on the "+" sign: MailEnable Management -> Servers -> localhost -> Connectors.
4. Right click on the SMTP Connector, and click on Properties.
5. In the first tab, you need to enter the hostname of your server (FQDN) and make sure the SMTP port is set to 25. You can configure an alternate port if your ISP blocks outbound connections on port 25.
6. If you want to use your server as an outbound SMTP server, click on the Relay tab. If not, skip to step 8.
7. Under the Relay tab, check Allow Mail Relay and Allow Relay for Authenticated Senders. You do not need to allow relay for IP ranges and you should not allow relay for local sender addresses.
8. Click OK to save your changes.
9. You'll need to restart the SMTP connector for these changes to take effect. Right click on SMTP and click Stop. After it is stopped, right click on SMTP and click Start.
