I would need to show proof that they we an employee, and I'm sure after they posted they would no longer be working for RS. Past employes are welcome to submit stories, but I will need a scan of a paycheck stub for proof of employment. (we can blackout personal information).

That's a good idea. Especially since one of them likes to use a dead guy to represent how good their support is.

I thought that was very bad of them. People die all the time, but I don't drag them through the mud to sell hosting.

I didn't know Greg personally, but many of my friends did. His death hit them all hard. I was told by a friend that the medical diagnosis was a "stress induced aneurysm"

He may very well have been a great guy, and judging by what people say..it looks like he definitely was. But...that doesn't give the Rackshack employees the right to reference to his name when they're trying to make a random point. They should have more respect and common sense than that.

Agreed..and you can't go wrong with the support from their forums.

You know, I think those forums were the best thing they could've done. It's too bad they didn't think about it in the beginning, but later is better than never. Talk about getting your 'free' support.
