Lots of offers and confusion.
Need fully managed to the extent that I keep on working as reseller kind. Technical aspects are taken care of.

Hello. I think that you should go with company which provide reseller and dedicated services as well. As far as I know www.ahosting.biz, www.hostgator.com, www.networkredux.com etc are providing reseller packages and dedicated server.

Softlayer is good aswell, though not much famous, but there's a coupon out which gives you 1gb of ram for free

Thanks, that way there are lots of them upthere, I am looking for a list for specific hosts, ie fully managed (only ahosting offers that) and less than $150 for dedicated one. Ahostng does have lower than that yet if you include the cost of cpanel it goes to #169 or so.

at this time, i will recommend hostgator fully manage server, they on promotion with 2 free months now.

and take a look at lunarpages $99 server. i spotted that not long ago.
and having shared hosting with them. great support

I have been with softlayer a while now and their support is good, and their online 'user area' is amazingly sweet! So many options! I highly suggest them.

Sorry, I could not get your point. I do not have server management services in my portfolio. I am paying $35 for same, yours are much higher. If you like I can offer you the site name from where I get the same. May be you can reseller instead of what you are offering now.
