I am sorry we are no longer allowed to comment on this topic.

It has been deposed at our lawyers because a certain moderator is also creating libel against us (chicgeek).

As MSN conversation are being posted and controlled by chicgeek, we have contacted our lawyer to create actions against this forum.
As juridical professionals understand, an MSN conversation is in no way reliable proof, and can be edited in(to) any form.
As lies are being posted about us, and no one seems to respond to our questions to at least remove them untill juridical proof arrives, we are obligated to start actions.

After we have calculated the estimated losses that are coming from this, we will return to posting here. To show it is not normal to harass a host on a public forum like this, especially if you are the owner of that forum!

To get ontopic, to show that we are in our full rights and that we have never done anything bad to our normal clients, here is a link to the public registry of hosts in Netherlands.

You stated you were processing his refund months ago... yet you never gave it to him

You then stated you could not reply to this post by replying to it

If you were really worried about your companies image you would have simply refunded his money months ago when you said you were going to. He would have replied here and told everyone all was good, and that you sent money back since he was not satisfied. But you didn't do this, instead you kept his money and he never got a server.

What did you want him to do tell everyone how great you were?

Think about what's gone on here, what would you do if you were not satisfied, promised a refund, and never got it? I'm sure you would make sure no one else had to go through that.

This is not the reason we are not replying to this thread anymore.

The reason we can no longer safely use this forum is because V7N is abusing its power to harass our company.

It is very clear, that nothing on this forum gets edited, even when companies request it. Objectivity does not exist, and this might be to the fact that this forum is managed by a concurring hosting company.

As other forums are doing their job correctly, but not allowing this type of harassment and spam on all our topics. V7N does not seem to have any kind of moderation. All our topics get bugged by these spammers, for this reason we will use juridical ways to see what we can do about V7N.

We do however still communicate in the conventional methods.

Anyway I will not go into this any further as we might say things that are not good for both sides in court.

Refunds to "graphtech" have been agreed upon, but first we are to talk about a few things. Mainly the threats against family members of our employees.
About "Figge", this person is in no way entitled to any money from us. As we do and never did allow illegal Lineage2 servers, we have kicked him within the first 2 weeks.
This person claims he never received a server, but meanwhile he also claims to know we download porn on his server. Thats magical.

Antolage, Your lawyers does not seem to be doing their job. Infact there's this tiny thing called FREEDOM OF SPEECH. You can't take legal actions against a forum because the moderators agree with the costumer. Communities like V7n are here for the costumers interest. It's like a hotel taking legal actions against the company that gave them 4 stars instead of 5. I mean, just give back the money. Stop bitchin' and just do it. The bigger deal you make out of this, the more it hurts your company.

PS. And you taking legal actions against V7n is just bizarr. You use it as you think people got a weakness against lawsuits. But hey if you actually were gonna go to court with it. The judge has to be on speed for you to win and even then it's doubtful.

Chicgeek. You know very well its not our job to get angry or to attack a forum for fun. Its just not the point and its not needed.

But I think you do understand that if all topics of ours get influenced by this person continuously, and not even a moderator edits the topics, this really brings hell to our business.
There is allready a topic opened, this one, this should be enough to create a public debate about it where we can safely defend ourselves and discuss about it.

It is never our point to use actions against anyone, as this is a time and money taking thing, and gives us as much problems as the one we do it against.

I do however find it nice of you that you did reply to what we said. Legal actions are not necessary as spam has been removed. The banning of Graphtech however was not what we asked

We just asked for a removal of those posts in all our other topics, or the move of those posts to this thread.

We however thank you for the quick response, and we will continue the discussion in this thread now.

I dont agree to that. As this forum is not only for consumers interest. It also gives the opportunity for companies to do business on, to sell to clients.
In other words, they attract companies to put a percentage of their online trading in to this forum. If people are put to work just to trade on this forum, and in one day it just gets hell because all, and i mean ALL topics get bugged by messages about fraud warning and scamming, this creates a serious influence on the companies business participation.
Now, you can say the forum should allow all comments, but this person was allready involved in this thread, where we opened a discussion about his problems and ours.
If we then need to defend ourselves in and against every little thread, as well in the google results, this DOES really influence our business.

Also. We will send Graphtechs refund on monday. This however does not say we will not take legal actions against him, mainly caused by the fact of personal threats to our employees, their families and friends. No, our lawyers do not start a job if our office can still handle it.

About your refund, we still have the opinion you are not entitled to a full refund of your payment, as we did successfully host you for over a month. Out of goodwill however we have publicly decided to refund you, even though you are not being honest about all this.

Your personal threats against us, and affiliates of us, has only delayed the refund process, it has not been cancelled. Your personal threats, harassment and faul language in public, is a different subject, wich will also be dealt with according to certain rules. As it should be.

6 months and yet no refund? what the hell is wrong with you guys? the longer you wait, the more you lose. the less trust you have within the circle of consumers. Refund the guy and all will be well. Or is the company bankrupt and looking for new targets like 3DVirus? if you keep this up you might be out of business anytime soon, and insane amounts of debts to your costumers. Set an end to it now and refund him.

Okay, as I've been working on other V7N projects, this seems to have been a topic to often get out of hand.

I'm closing this until a time when I have to read it and figure out (again) what is going on. If any individual makes a new thread or continues this line of commentary in an old thread on this topic, they will be immediately be banned. There, that's the warning. Just until I re-figure out the shit you are imposing on this forum. This includes members of BOTH sides.

Graphtech/3DVirus, you have been rebanned. Multiple accounts is in violation of the V7N TOS.

What posts were removed? I don't want to deny you an excuse to sue us. I'll happily put them back. All the moderators here know that we get dozens of threats of lawsuits by impotent schmucks all the time. We have never once removed a post without a court order ordering us to do so. You and your imaginary lawyers can deal with our very real lawyers any time you want to.
