Intel Vero Beach 2 not detecting mem

Hey, Daniel from Sweden, new to this forum.

I recently bought the Intel Vero Beach 2 motherboard to use in an M$ SQL server. Of course I mounted it with dual 2.4 Xeons.

I run the server with 2Gb of Kingston 512Mb dimms (ecc reg 266Mhz, cas 2,5), but the server doesnt recognize more than 1gb even though all slots are filled. It reports that "oX oX" is empty.

I have tried moving the mem around and even changing the motherboard.

Why is this happening, anyone seen this before?
