bad support at burst.net

Wow, Ive had some pretty bad support at Burst.net. I emailed them a sales question, and got a response 2 days later...it was very minimal. I then ask for furthur clarification, and got another 1 liner. I then ask to talk with someone else, and they said it was not possible.

Wow..and they expect to actually do business with that attitude? The more I search around on reviews for them, the more I see people complaining about their support, network, and service. I'd surely recommend staying away from them.

Didn't Nocster lose a lot of business earlier in the year? Basically, they had repeated downtime and a lot of hosts migrated to the Planet. A company that really should be trying hard to rebuild its reputation.
