help???

I'm administrating a windows 2003 server as a domain controller with Active Directory. The users are trying to debug but it comes up with errors, such as "you are not an admin or a debug classified user." There is no DEBUG group or a allow user to debug on local machines option in the group policy editor. Also, I heard about there being a patch or program to set this up so you can debug Visual Basic server side. I'm just looking for any ideas. Cause I'm lost.

Send a message via MSN to scott Walker
DEBUG

There should be an area in gpedit.msc that gives you a debuging area. There should also be a folder already set up to dubuging users
