Well, I checked out three of them :
1) Tripod Support Solutions : (http://www.tripodsupport.com
I tried their Live Chat, it wouldn't work in Opera. So I opened IE and got hold of him/her. The support handler closed and left me 3 times in the middle of the chat before I could even complete my query. I immediately shot of an email asking them to explain whether this is the kind of support they would be offering. Still to receive thier reply.
2) Act Support : (http://www.actsupport.com
Their Live Chat did work on Opera. And they seemed polite. But I did notice bits of sarcasm and impatience. Like, after talking to him for a while, he suggested that I write all my queries and mail it. I immediately asked him to explain why they had a Live Chat. His answer, "You are absolutely right."
3) BobCares : (http://www.bobcares.com
Their website had all the explanations I needed with lots of case studies and customer testimonial. I didn't have to contact their support team for any info, because everything was available on the site. To me that shows a company that is quite professional.
