GoDaddy Dedicated Servers
Anyone have a GoDaddy account? I need to migrate my shared servers to a dedicated server and not sure how all of that works. Any input would be appreciated!

Do you mean you are changing it from godaddy to some other provider's dedicated server?

I haveheard that Godaddy started providing web hosting services and I guess that dedicated web hosting as well. I have heard that they offer. But no reviews yet about how good or bad they are.
I think that better use companies which are in dedicated server business since their first day. I would recommend have a look at HQHost.net, Rackspace.com if you are really need good dedicated server.

Most likely, if you are going from shared to dedicated, GoDaddy will do the migration for free for you.

Godaddy is selfmanaged dedicated hosting. Dont expect them to help you out much. If you cant manage a server yourself, better look for a managed server from a reputed host.

Hi ... godaddy is ok, but you won't get much help, for free; not more than the most basic stuff you need to know. I think godaddy charges over a $100 a month, for a service plan, and some outrageous amount on as needed basis. You should check out Server Beach, although it's a bit pricey. Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
