That's pretty cheap for a dedicated server - esp. in the UK. Might want to consider a decent spec'd VPS as at those prices you'd probably get a better deal.

Since bandwidth is quite expensive in the UK compared to some parts of the world (namely US) you might also want to specify your needs regarding that too as it will help people give more appropriate advice for your needs.

Few things are compulsory,

At Least 1GB Memory
Hard Disk 80GB
IP Address 2 or more

Cpanel is main feature.

I needed it for only few sites. At the minute there is some limit on number of users on database. Sometime I see max number of user limit page. which is very bad.

That is the reason I want to move my site to dedicated.

Hello!
I think that for the area you are looking for server requires your budget at list doubled for decent VPS, not server. And UK is the most expensive region for web hosting. I would recommend you consider also EU.
solidhost.com might be an option (very stable and reliable company). You need to understand that you get what you pay for.
