Rackshack / Ev1servers - Dont get mad warn others

It seems their is a large amount of people that have been wrongly charged by RS or have lost entire sites, customers, and more. I have loss money and customers becouse of them.

I started a gripe site to help warn others about them called Ev1-Bites.com. Please take the
time to submit what they did to you so that others do not fall victim to the ev1server scam.

I'm also pround to annouce that I have giving my other domain ev1-sucks.com to JS, I gave him the domain name for free. He will soon have another gripe site going, and I have about 25 other domains that I will be turning into gripe sites about rackshack / ev1servers. Mabey then some day they will learn what customer service really is.

what are so bad about ev1 servers... i was looking at them and was thinking that their prices are too good to be true... what have they compromised to offer that service?

From what I have read, it is a scam. You don't get what you paid for.

What the hell? EV1 are one of the biggest and best providers in the industry with 20000 servers. I personally know some of the Directors and they're amazing guys who will help with any problem...Can't believe what i'm reading here...

Ev1 bought the domain for the same amount of money that they owed to me, so the site is no longer up. With that said, I would still never use an EV1 server , well not untill they learn a little thing called customer service ... and I don't think thats going to happen anytime soon.

I don't know how they would help with any problem, as none of them replied to any of my emails and would not do a thing untill I put the web site up. And even then I have only had contact with their lawyers.

I will stay with serverbeach whos techs read the entire support ticket and not just the parts they like.

wow, they sound very ****ty from reading your articles ... i certainly won't go with them (ever) if all that is true.
