I'm in need of a reliable Dedicated Server
decent processor
with at least 1 gb ram 2 hd
windows 2003
helm

that accepts visa credit card
without not alot of problems
(like not sending insecurely front/back
of my credit card through fax also because
I don't have a fax machine)

Take a look at servermatrix.com They can buld a server for you. They offer single and dual P4 processor machines and can install Winblows 2003 server for you. They have offerings with 1gig or even 2 gigs of ram and you can have upward to two 200gig HD's in the system if need be.

Their current bandwith limit is 1200Gigs/month.

Compairing it to the $299/setup and $59/mo cost its not that big of a deal but if you compair it to the $199/setup and $79/mo cost then its a savings of $120 in setupcosts.

they are faster than other provider...
they have said that my server will be available
