he has not signed in on here or anywhere else

now im a little confused
Joey has logged on recently to v7n but not contacted me via PM or email
the logo is also now being used on http://jh-tech.net/

i dont know how he runs contests but in my world, you are NOT allowed to use contestant art/designs till theyve been paid.
they maintain all rights till then...
im going to hope he just forgot to email me or something but i emailed again just now

safe to say joey does not plan to pay me for the logo he is now using...
im not jumping to any conclusions
just basing my conclusion on the lack of communication and the contest holders actions

not sure what actions the admin will take with this member
as for me, no harm done, a couple hours down the drain and a little more experience

jhdynamics, treating people the way you have, and acting in such an unprofessional and unethical way will only come back to haunt you one day.

I cannot imagine that this is the type of advertising JH Dynamics wants for their company over a lousy $50 bucks.

The OP has been banned and the thread will remain public but locked until I receive notice that the designer has been paid.
