$100 - Business Director Web Design (PSD) Needed Urgently Contest Ends February 18

Hello everybody!

This not just another mediocre web design contest, as you already know from me.

We want a GREAT web design and we pay more than in most other contests. 100$ for PSD (photoshop).

The site will be a Business Directory.

I am attaching a very simple draft

We would like something similar to:
