Trying to have a little fun with it so I went for something different.

There's two version though both are essentially the same. The only difference is that the wider one is actually two images - one to be used as the DIV background which repeats on the X and the other is the foreground Header fixed to the left. So when the browser is resized the whole header area is always filled. It's a minor code tweak if you have access to the stylesheet.

The second version is the same but without the repeating background image.
