That could be the inspiration for the layout. Going to drop the fized width and go with a more news-y design.

I am not sure if you have had a look at that google URL on a smaller screen size page. 800x600 resolution.
I'm using that resolution on about 15 inch monitor and I won't want my site to look like that google site...
Too much side scrolling, and the middle portion looks compressed...
Font size is good though on all types of screen pixels.

Also, if I want to participate in this contest, where should I submit my entries and where can I get your site's content to build and test? Can I copy your homepage?
Secondly, are you also looking forward to change the graphics, colors etc. If so, any preferences?

Coding won't be difficult if he gives current index.php. $250 is a lot where I am.

Yeah sorry, i wasn't being an ass i just meant he's run layout contests before and the prize was over 250 dollars for just the layout, no coding.

I would of thought they would want the same theme as the current one, as they want the website to blend throughout other pages.

Cool...I will give this a try later. Does it need to be coded and ready to go? Or will just a PSD file suffice?
