I am sorry for my ignorance, but i failed to understand your question. As far as i understand, you are asking me that, is it a exclusive deal for V7N Forum members?

My clarifications:

1. This is open to all, this is an effort to bring the best out of a blog designer. During competitions they use their creativity to fullest and sometime great designs are made. I can easily get an WP theme for $100 to $200 and I personally have good designers on our payroll, still I am holding this contest with a hope that someone come out with exclusive new idea.

2. This is a very simple contest and we dont have any idea, what colors and what theme should be a smashing hit. Every thing is open and all depend upon the designer's creative mind. However the site is related to cellphones, so it should be relevant.

3. One cannot hold a contest in multiple location, instead can inform certain groups about the launch of contest. I am hosting it on my own domain and will be happy if Brian allows this to be hosted exclusively on V7N forums. I don't know they are offering any these services. However those who like participate can also post there entries here, and will be counted in.

4. We have clearly written that all the copyrights will ours, only in case of winners and runners up. I think, every design created by any designer belongs to the owner of website. How any one can claim that logo of xxxx firm is copyrighted to someone else. We exclusively like to have all rights with us. However we will be hosting the winners and runners up at seonotes for life as winners of our contest.

5. The selection of winners will be decided by CellTalz Team and it is very much simple:

- Should have quality and original graphics.
- Should not be a clone or ported theme, neither K2 Mods
- Table less CSS complying web 2.0 Standards.
- The theme should be related to cell phones. We dont want to say our blog should be look like any existing blog, but we need designer to use his/her own creativity.
