I need a blog/forum website created for me

Hi, I'm looking for someone who has setup a website with a blog and forum to do the same for me. I get HTML and blogging, but not PHP etc. I don't need you to make it look pretty, just get the mechanics setup. You tell me what blog/forum to register/buy etc, I'll give you the hosting account and pay you a fee. Basic structure is a website landing page with embedded blog, and link to the forum. No graphics needed, I can do all the graphics, etc just need the technology setup.

Point me to an example that you've created or seen so I can make sure we're on the same page (literally and figuratively).

Yes, I could learn to do this but need to spend my time elsewhere.
