Project: Website Logo/Home page Logo header

Hello dear v7n friends,

I thought it would be fun to start a logo contest for my new website.
I need a nice & pure Web 2.0(can be 3D) bright, crisp & shine colors logo and the quickest solution would be to hire a graphic designer but I like the idea of a contest.
Other than the few guidelines below, submissions are limited only by your imagination, inspiration professional creativity.

UPDATE: I have decided to expand my Logo Design Contest. Now you’ll have a chance to win even more the grand prize.
I’m also moving the applicant deadline to 23.59PM on April 4th, 2008. Who's best...wins! No submissions after the mentioned deadline from above.

Grand Prize: One header logo will be selected as our Grand Prize Winner. My Grand Prize is as follows (So far):

~Instant PayPal payment of $30.00US PLUS Permanent Footer Link - The contest winner will be selected by me and will win a permanent footer link in Shaise.com.

Every Applicant Wins:
Every legitimate applicant will be mentioned, along with a link to their site in a follow-up forum/blog post once the contest is over and a winner is announced.

Logo Guidelines:
Logos should include the word “Shaise” somewhere in the design and the slogan should be “We shine where the sun don't!” .
I have included some images(for you inspiration) which you can use as far as we strictly follow the Copyright terms & regulations. You may see them here.
Image should be in .GIF, .JPG or .PNG format. You have to create genuine mirror, shine (3D if you can) effected logo.
Dimensions & background, I leave to your imagination but you must not forget to follow the website header pixel/size. You may use the entire website header as a working space(phpbb, board index and user control panel) for future image, logo. Floral art and sunny day art preffered. NO CMYK colors, please!.
You also have to provide the favicon files which must be with transparent background. No animated or flash graphics please.

Submissions Details:
Submit your finished PROTECTED & WATERMARK(and encripted by further re-designing) logos by placing a link/or zoomed high-quality image personally to me, me email or just pm message.
Make certain I have your contact info in case you win. Don’t forget to subscribe to this feed/thread to learn who won right way.

Legal Stuff:
This contest is void where prohibited by law. All submissions will become the exclusive property of Shaise.com and in near future of Common Sense Communications, Inc.
Entries must be received by the dateline mentioned above. One grand prize will be issued to the top winner only.
All top entrants will be recognized on this website in the form of a forum/blog sticky post. The entry must be your original unique design and not subject to copyright laws.
Your design also must not include any copyrighted images that you do not own. If you need to ask something do so in a proper and gentleman's manner.

Just a couple questions,

You're looking for something web2.0, something bright, glossy.
Something sunshiny.
You're looking for something to fill that whole header on the forum?
What if it were to fill the header, as well as the navigation bar immediately below it?

And you want it reflected as well? (the actual logo part)
