Its a Canon D10 - waterproof to 33 feet, drop resistant to 4 feet, freeze proof to something like -4, image stabilization, video at 640X480 and 30 frames per second, and 12 megapixel. So far its doing pretty good. And yes, its "really" water proof. I had my daughter take it swimming with her just to make sure.
