Talking La Rocca shots

Ok guys... here in Turin still 32 degree Celsius... there is no way out this summer... and I have to stay and work as several

customers are waiting their website :-)

So today I'm going to post images and memories of last winter, a small ancient Italian medieval city losted between Piedmont and

Liguria.

There was bright light and a nice sunny weather, but that place with fog must be unbelivable!

I like #5, it reminds me of an old pirate chest or something. It is obvious the old keys had been sitting on it for many years!

no#3 is my favorite! There's always a light at the end of every tunnels.

I wonder how does it feel to walk on that stony floor without wearing shoes >__<

Love number 4 or 5. I would ease off on the ultra wide as the distortion isnt really working on the first 2 images. I can see what you had in mind but its not there. It would have worked well with full fish eye i think.

Number 3 works well the only thing i would have done different would be to under expose it by a stop or so and then ballence out the shadows for a nice high contrast.

Good work

Sure you can shoot a weeding over there, but all is quite dirty...

Sorry for my late reply, doing my best... I'm working hard to a new bi-language version of my website and blog... a huge job.... hope to finish in 1 or 2 month.

Beside I just bough a 18/200 Canon lens as Christmas "self" present, I'm going to test it soon and will post some pics.

Bye

Wow, just beautiful. I really like the big strong pillars and the wide arched ceilings. It's like a twist on Moorish architecture.
