Tell Me About Your Camera Equipment
Tell me about your camera and related equipment. What do you currently own and what are you hoping to buy.
Bonus if you add the pluses and negatives.

DSLR, may, I stress may upgrade this in the future.
21mm prime pancake lens
40mm prime pancake lens
and the two kit lenses 18-55 and 55-200
I also have some manual focus lenses left over from the SLR days but seldom use them cause the eyes aren't as good as they once were.
The 21,40 and 55-200 are all I really need. The 18-55 came with the camera and is okay but I prefer the primes.

Hi Cricket, i know most people go for the Nikon or Canon but i decided to buy the Panasonic GF2 micro system digital camera with the 14mm pancake and the 14-42mm lens. I bought it when it just came out so paid over the odds probably but im very happy with it. Got the 32GB memory card to go with it so it done two weeks worth in Florida videos and photos without needing any sort of export.

Canon T2I
50mm 1.8 Prime
18-55mm (came w/ cam)
Manfrotto Fluid Head Video Tripod
Chose the T2I because of the features and price. It shoots HD vid which is awesome.

I have Nikon's D3000 and D7000. I put the battery grip on the D7000.
Lenses:
Nikon
35mm f/1.8 AF-S
50mm f/1.8 AF
18-55mm AF-S
18-105mm AF-S
55-200mm AF-S
70-300mm AF-S
Tamron:
10-24mm
Nikon SB-600 Speedlight.
The D3000 is easy to use and set up. Takes a great photo and is light enough to carry anywhere.
The D7000 is great for just about anything. Only downfall is the smaller buffer if you shoot in continuous mode. I personally don't usually notice this problem.
Next on my list: 105mm f/2.8 AF-S micro and the 80-200mm f/2.8 AF.

We are currently shooting with a Cannon T1i, with Cannon 10-22 lens and Quantum flashes. I love the Quantum flash - the battery pack lasts all day and it will turn night into day.
We have a couple of older Cannon Rebels that we use for backups. But after a few 100k clicks they are starting to show some ware.

It gets bashed around a lot in some of the places I have to go, so picked for durability and reliability. Nice to have and use but I still use my old 10D at times.
