Suggested camera cases

A year or so ago I bought a small case logic case for my DSLR and love it. Just enough room for the camera and lens up to the 18-55 along with some spare cards and batteries.

It isn't large enough for an extended trip and multiple lenses. I want enough room for the camera, either the 18-55 or 55-200, a few primes, batteries and cards. The primes are small but each has a soft sock bag so think 50mm size as a guide.

I went looking this morning and the Case Logic DCB-307 was the best local find. It wasn't a 100% fit in my mind. My thoughts are a little wider or longer and not quite so deep, no stupid snaps, zippers all around with a well made shoulder strap and a handle.

What do you suggest or what do you use and how much can you pack in it?

Try the Lowepro Slingshot 302 AW.

All of Lowepro's gear is top quality. They have a built in all-weather cover that you can pull over the entire bag in wet weather, enough room for quite a bit of stuff and are rock solid.

They have various sizes and can accommodate most setups.

I use it on most of my assignments.
