Thanks for the compliments everyone

@Christy, the only one I have of a guy is this one, but he's a douchebag.

I'll keep the women photos to myself

Thanks everyone!

@ Christy there is a cute story behind me trying to take pictures of butterflies if you ever get bored.

@ John you have no idea how many shots it took to get that one pic of the tracks.

They grow wild around our property, but they sure do attract the bees sometimes!

Cricket, those shots are awesome.

Now I feel totally embarrassed to have even entered this competition.

Ooops! I never thought to ask. One of mine uses a filter, but she said the only rules were that we had to have taken them with a digital camera? I can remove the one with a filter and replace it with another if need be. I also crop and sharpen images as needed, but I cannot imagine that not being a normal part of digital photography.

Unless there were more rules that I did not see somewhere, these were the only ones that I found.

Quote:
The Rules:

1. All photos must be taken with a digital camera.

2. Subject matter is up to you - no requirements.

3. All entries should be posted in THIS thread.

4. A maximum of 10 entries per person are allowed. So choose your photos wisely.

5. Contest ends 12:00am EST on September 1st.

She said she was impressed so I doubt there's an issue. If there is I'll only have to remove the last one, had to touch the color up since it was such a gloomy day

This time of year in Mississippi the greens are so green they look fake if I don't tone them down a bit.

Dang Brian! I had no idea that you are a photographer at heart. These are absolutely great! I hope you take and share more with us! Don't even think of waiting for another contest. Show us as you take them!
